A new generation in customer research
LiveResearch provides companies a monitoring tool that gives real time insight in their customers needs. For this project I have designed a monitoring tool that sets up new research, collects real time data and tracks activity amongst users. Since every company would like to present the outcome of their research within the organization, the monitoring tool also gives companies the opportunity to implement their own ‘skin’ and logo so every presentation is unique and custom made.
